I left my best friend Ruby(my little Jack Russell Terrier) with Your PawPal for two weeks while I was in Italy! It was pathetic I actually shed a tear...okay maybe a few when I left her!I was a little uneasy at first because I have never left her with anyone.
Heather at Your PawPal quickly put my mind at ease!
I was in daily contact with Heather by email...it was awesome to hear how she was doing everday!
Heather also wrote weekly blogs and posted pictures of Ruby's Adventures on the website!
I am out of town quite often...so it is awesome to be able to keep her happy here and be worry-free while I am out of town! Ruby will be spending many summer days with Heather at PawPals!
I am so happy and blessed to have found Your PawPal Pet Sitting and Care!

I returned home a days later and not only was Jacen well cared for but she had cleaned up for me too where I had fallen in my home. She left me a bill on the counter and others had wanted full payment up front . She wouldn't even take the extra for cleaning. I now have a home hospice lady who lets my Jacen in and out but I am sure going to keep her number on hand. She is a great gal and made me feel very secure. Thank you Heather,

Heathers knowledge and compassion towards animals is amazing. After looking after our cocker spaniels care for years, she is only a phone call away when we have questions or concerns. As our beloved dogs become older thier health has deteriorated Heather is always willing to stop by and have a look to make sure that they are doing well. I left with her our "forever puppy" 8-year-old Golden Retriever (Jezebelle), my "ery shy and not easily won over" 4-year-old Maltese (Sushi), and our "i dunno why ... but shy", kitty (Smokey). Heather's questionnaire was thorough and she asked questions I hadn't even thought about (but SHOULD have). Heather agreed to take care of my home and pets during my absence AND donated half the fee to the Canine Cancer Research Fund !!!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND in her care (no complaints here, love it!!!!!!)... and her email updates warmed my heart, made me laugh, and assured me my "family" was in the best of care... and also being well-loved and entertained. She took care of them morning and evenings, and even in betweens... she was at our home playing with the "would rather play then eat, for REAL "Jez" after 9:30 at night !!!!! She took a darling video that I will FOREVER cherish (thank you so much. Heather, what a fabulous priceless keepsake for us) and pictures of the "clan" (except the forever reclusive Smokey). Heather's LOVE for animals... is evident in ALL she does... and, I hate to say this (no, I don't, I'm blessed to be able to say this)... I truly do not think my animal family had much of an opportunity to miss "mom" !!! They were too busy with this "new" human (Heather) who quickly won their hearts and played along with them and loved them several times daily... what a GIFT Heather is... to her clients, who she puts any concerns at ease, but SO MUCH FOR THE ANIMALS... who are sooooooooooooooooooo lucky to experience her care, affection, and playfulness. I feel truly fortunate to have found someone who can care of my "family" while I'm away... i'm sure they felt like they were on vacation !!!!!!! She totally exceeded my expectations... and, so, Heather,,, THANK YOU... from me, my sons, and from Jez, Sushi, and Smokey, who say "COME BACK PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!" er, I mean, "thank you for loving us and taking such great care of us, and we can't wait to see you again". Without hesitation or qualification, I highly recommend Heather, aka: YOUR PAWPAL, to care for your pe, or family of pets, too !!! :o)
